Welcome to our website where we offer you great savings on your vacation to Maui. Most of our condos are ocean front properties, located in three different resorts in famous West Maui just north of the old scenic whaling village of Lahaina. The resorts go from North Kaanapali up to Napili Bay. We have four units in Aston Kaanapali Shores, two in Aston Paki Maui, and a studio in the Outrigger Napili Shores.
Condos are not hotel rooms.
We do not have daily maid service. It's more like we offer you an apartment, filled with the necessities you require to have a nice visit to Maui. We stock our units with the necessary paper products, clean linens and towels, and everything you expect when you rent a furnished apartment. We rent our condos directly to you without using a management company to do the business for us. We pass our savings directly on to you. We do not take credit cards for the same reason (but PayPal payments can be arranged). What credit companies would charge us, we pass that savings on to you.

Booking with us is easy as can be -To book any of our units please do the following:

1. Please send your name, address, city, state, ZIP, home phone, work phone via email.

2. We will pencil in your name on our calendar for the unit you want and when you want it if it is available when you make your inquiry.

3. You will then receive our paperwork that requests a $500 deposit for your confirmation of your reservation that is being held for you. You pay the nightly rate quoted, plus Hawaii tax (11.42%) and a cleanup/setup fee for the condo.

4. Forty five days prior to your arrival date, the balance of the payment will become due.

5. Upon receipt of your final payment, a map and directions will be sent to you along with the password for the Realty Lock Box on the door that contains the Key to your unit. We do not accept credit cards (unless you use PayPal.Com) as we attempt to give you the discount on our units and not 6 to 8 % to the credit card company. You can send your personal check as long as there is money to cover it – that is the reason for the long lead time, so your check will clear our bank before you arrive.
