Maui
Napili Beach is on the northern tip of Maui, the second largest island
in the Hawaiian chain. There are tidepools on both ends of the beach
made of lava. Children and adults alike enjoy discovering the colorful
tropical fish that gather in the pools when the tides recede. Contrary
to popular belief, tropical fish are not all bred in fish tanks in Manhattan.
Napili Beach is also special due to its spectacular lack of high rise architecture.
No buildings on the beach are taller than the tallest palm trees. Just the way
it should be in paradise.
